“Our team at Cellcraft has been incredibly successful in securing equity finding based on our novel technologies in the cultivated meat production domain. We engaged with Venturenomix to achieve the same success in R&D grant funding – and we weren’t disappointed with the outcome!”

Introduction – Understanding the Challenges
The team at Cellcraft discovered Venturenomix while researching a suitable grant writing partner online. Venturenomix had the right blend of innovation funding expertise and knowledge of the cultivated meat domain where Cellcraft is a leading technology company.
Working Together – Solution and Services
CellCraft had secured academic partners (UCL and the University of Cambridge) to form a strong consortium to apply for Innovate UK R&D grant funding. Venturenomix led the process of defining the project (problem, solution, current state-of-the-art, innovation, impact, work plan, budget). The full application was awarded funding (£925k project & £737k grant funding) from Innovate UK.
Successful Outcomes
The grant funding enables CellCraft to work in partnership with leading UK academics in the field of cultivated meat production. The resulting bio-reactor will position CellCraft as one of the global leaders in this important and emerging sector.
